Dayton Superior Creates 90 Jobs in Relocation to Braselton, Georgia
06/11/2010
"When we considered how to position our company for long-term growth, operations and location were a key factor," said Rick Zimmerman, Dayton Superior president and CEO. "We wanted a stronger manufacturing and distribution presence in the southeast, and our investment in the new Braselton facility in Jackson County was central to that strategy."
Georgia's Quick Start work force training program will prepare new employees for manufacturing positions at Dayton.
The new site has the space required to produce concrete accessories and chemicals. The company plans to use its distribution center to make it a one-stop shop for southeast construction businesses.
