Verizon Wireless Creates 200 Jobs at Rochester, New York-area Call Center

"We've been fortunate to continue to find top-quality, highly skilled talent in the Rochester area. Today's announcement further endorses our commitment to Rochester and to maintaining superior customer service for our customers."
Nearly 1,200 people currently work at the call center, which receives queries from around the country. Verizon Wireless employs more than 1,400 people in the Rochester area.
