SweetO Producer Mamtek to Hire 612 Workers in Moberly, Missouri

Mamtek International is bringing 612 new manufacturing jobs to Moberly, Missouri. The company, which produces the SweetO brand of sucralose, will invest $46 million in a production facility.

The state of Missouri has extended $7.6 million in Missouri Quality Jobs Program tax credits and $6.8 million in Missouri BUILD program tax credits to Mamtek. The company will also receive $2 million in Community Development Block Grant Industrial Infrastructure Program grants.

The city of Moberly will kick in $37 million initiated by bond sales. Private investors have given another $8 million.

Mamtek is owned by American and Chinese partners.
