ProVia Plans Tuscarawas County, Ohio, Manufacturing Operations

09/01/2026
Exterior building products manufacturer ProVia plans to expand its operations in Tuscarawas County, Ohio. The $110 million project is expected to create 400 jobs.

The company’s new 310,000-square-foot production and warehouse facility will support its vinyl window and patio door business.

“ProVia has experienced impressive growth in recent years and is now among the largest manufacturing employers in the region,” noted Team NEO Chief Executive Officer Matt Dolan. “This project exemplifies a successful economic development effort, bringing together the right company, with the right building and site, at the right time. We are proud to have worked with the City of Dover, the Tuscarawas County Economic Development Corporation, ODOD, and JobsOhio to support the continued growth and success of ProVia in Tuscarawas County and Northeast Ohio.”

To support the project, the Ohio Tax Credit Authority approved a 1.796 percent, 10-year Job Creation Tax Credit. “ProVia’s investment reflects its continued trust in our local workforce and the strength of our manufacturing corridor,” noted Tuscarawas County Economic Development Corporation (TCEDC) and Economic Development and Finance Alliance (EDFA) Executive Director Marla Akridge.

ProVia manufactures exterior building products, including entry doors, storm doors, patio doors, windows, vinyl siding, manufactured stone, and metal roofing.
