Electronics Manufacturer Expanding in California

Flextronics International Ltd. will open an electronics manufacturing facility in Morgan Hill, California, with the potential for 400 new jobs, according to the San Jose Business Journal. The Singapore-based company, which has operations in 30 countries, will sublease an existing 155,520-square-foot building, with plans to begin a phased move-in this month. Local officials say the company may be using the facility to produce Microsoft's Zune digital music player. No financial details about the deal have been released.
