Defense Tech Firm to Relocate 130 Jobs to Virginia's Shenandoah Valley

Hunter Defense Technologies Inc. (HDT) has signed an eight-year lease to occupy an entire 172,759-sq.-ft. warehouse at the Shenandoah Valley Industrial Facility in Buena Vista, Virginia. The move will bring 130 jobs to the 24-acre site by relocating one of HDT's California operations and consolidating its Virginia operations.

Based in Solon, Ohio, HDT is a provider of mobility military and emergency response solutions used by U.S. and allied military units worldwide, as well as civilian government and commercial customers.

The new site was chosen as an ideal location for the company to serve its customers throughout the nation.
