“As we grow our company in a competitive industry, it’s important we have access to diverse talent,” said Steve Chrabaszewski, COO of PartnerHero. “As we looked at locations across the country, it was clear that Greensboro could offer a winning combination of a thriving tech cluster, respected educational institutions, and a welcoming community.”
The Guilford County Economic Development Alliance worked together with the North Carolina Department of Commerce, Economic Development Partnership of North Carolina (EDPNC), City of Greensboro, Guilford County, Duke Energy, Piedmont Natural Gas, Guilford Technical Community College, and Guilford Works in securing PartnerHero investment in Guilford County.
“Creating strong partnerships is critical at every stage of economic development, including strengthening our workforce and providing economic opportunities to North Carolinians,” noted Gene McLaurin, chairman of the Economic Development Partnership of North Carolina’s Board of Directors. “North Carolina’s highly skilled and technical workforce provides the talent innovative companies like PartnerHero need and look for to be successful.”
PartnerHero is a technology services company that outsources customer support and quality assurance for businesses across the food, e-commerce, and health industries.
“We are thrilled to welcome Partner Hero to Greensboro’s thriving business community,” added Sherri Thomas, Board Chair of the Greensboro Chamber of Commerce. “As the information technology industry grows, our talent networks and top-ranked business climate continues to support leading companies looking to locate here in Greensboro.”
