RelaDyne Expands Hebron, Kentucky, Operations
12/19/2025
“RelaDyne is excited to be expanding our presence in the Hebron community, Boone County, and greater Northern Kentucky area,” said Eric Royse, CEO of RelaDyne. “Our relationship with the commonwealth is an ideal partnership between the public and private sectors and only strengthens RelaDyne’s commitment to further tap into the region’s talented employee base. With an office infrastructure second to none, RelaDyne looks forward to having our Hebron facility continue to be one of our most efficient and well-run locations.”
To support the project the Kentucky Economic Development Finance Authority (KEDFA) preliminarily approved a 10-year incentive agreement with the company under the Kentucky Business Investment program. The performance-based agreement can provide up to $660,000 in tax incentives based on the company’s investment of $2.1 million and annual targets of creation and maintenance of 80 Kentucky-resident, full-time jobs across 10 years; and paying an average hourly wage of $39, including benefits, across those jobs.
“Kentucky’s distribution and logistics industry has long been a key economic driver for this state, and the momentum we have seen within this sector in recent years shows no sign of slowing,” noted Governor Andy Beshear. “This is a great investment for the Boone County community, and I am excited to see even more new jobs and opportunities being created for our people. I want to thank the company’s leadership for this investment, and I look forward to celebrating their ongoing success.”
Additionally, KEDFA approved RelaDyne for up to $40,000 in tax incentives through the Kentucky Enterprise Initiative Act (KEIA). KEIA allows approved companies to recoup Kentucky sales and use tax on construction costs, building fixtures, equipment used in research and development and electronic processing. By meeting its annual targets over the agreement term, the company can be eligible to keep a portion of the new tax revenue it generates. The company may claim eligible incentives against its income tax liability and/or wage assessments.
“Retaining RelaDyne, a company with a strong international presence, and increasing its professional workforce in Northern Kentucky is a meaningful win and showcases the importance of the talent available in the Cincinnati region,” added BE NKY Growth Partnership CEO Lee Crume.
In addition, RelaDyne can receive resources from Kentucky’s workforce service providers. Those include no-cost recruitment and job placement services, reduced-cost customized training and job-training incentives.
RelaDyne is a provider of lubricants, fuels, Diesel Exhaust Fluid (DEF), and equipment reliability services for automotive, commercial, and industrial sectors. The company offers integrated solutions like custom blending, data-driven maintenance, and technical expertise.
