Beauty Manufacturing Solutions Expands Fort Worth, Texas, Facility
12/02/2022
The 445,870-square-foot facility, located at Hillwood’s Alliance Texas development, will support the growth of the company’s core business in manufacturing and development of personal care and beauty care products.
“The growth and success of companies, especially in manufacturing, need great partnerships and great people. BMSC is fortunate to partner with the City of Fort Worth for this ambitious new expansion that will create a new standard in personal care contract manufacturing,” said Peter Song, CEO of Beauty Manufacturing Solutions Corp. “This site will merge new technologies in manufacturing along with the supporting infrastructure and ambitions from the city and our company. Most importantly, it gives us the opportunity to welcome new teammates into our organization for the decades to come.”
Fort Worth City Council voted in favor of the project and a 10-year tax abatement of up to 70% of the real and business personal property. As part of the tax abatement program, the company will be required to spend 15% of construction costs with certified minority-owned businesses.
“We’re proud to welcome leading beauty manufacturer Beauty Manufacturing Solutions Corp to Fort Worth,” noted Chris Strayer, executive vice president of economic development for the Fort Worth Chamber. “This second facility will create additional jobs and growth in Fort Worth, all while retaining its initial investment in DFW.”
Based in Coppell, BMSC is a certified minority-owned business. The company develops and manufactures beauty care, personal care, and baby care products for leading brands with a focus on innovation, automation and sustainability.
“Beauty Manufacturing Solutions Corp's presence brings another innovation-driven, future-focused company to Fort Worth while also building upon our city’s historic strengths in advanced manufacturing,’ said Robert Sturns, director of economic development for the City of Fort Worth. “We're very pleased to welcome them to Fort Worth as they continue to expand their operations in the DFW area.”
