Durable Products Expands Crossville, Tennessee, Operations

03/01/2026
Durable Products, a company specializing in custom-engineered rubber and polyurethane products, plans to expand its operations in Crossville, Tennessee. The $27.3 million project is expected to create 134 jobs in Cumberland County.

The investment will include the refurbishing and retrofitting of the company’s existing facility to accommodate new machinery, warehousing, inventory and offices.

“We are excited to be a new manufacturing company in the great state of Tennessee. TNECD was instrumental in helping us to decide to locate here. We were based in Texas, and now we are happy to call Crossville, Tennessee, home. We appreciate all the hard work from the local and state officials that helped us make this decision,” said J. Pearson, CEO, Durable Products.

Durable Products, a subsidiary of GreenLiner, LLC, produces components through processes such as compression molding, vacuum molding, rubber extrusions, and die cutting to meet specific customer requirements. The company serves customers with durable, precision-manufactured elastomer solutions used in sectors like automotive, heavy equipment, and industrial manufacturing.

“This was a highly competitive project, and we’re grateful that Durable Products continues to recognize our efforts to build a strong, business-friendly climate and a ready, capable workforce. We look forward to supporting the company following today’s announcement and are confident this project will make a lasting impact on the Upper Cumberland region for years to come,” Deputy Governor and TNECD Commissioner Stuart C. McWhorter noted.

“TVA and Volunteer Energy Cooperative congratulate Durable Products on its decision to expand operations in Cumberland County. We are proud to partner with the Tennessee Department of Economic and Community Development and the Crossville-Cumberland Chamber of Commerce in our shared commitment to fostering economic growth in the region and to support companies like Durable Products in its continued business success,” added Heidi Smith, vice president of economic development, TVA.
