FrameTec Plans Casa Grande, Arizona, Production Operations
03/15/2024
The investment will include the construction of two 127,000-square-foot buildings, located on 30 acres at the northeast corner of Thornton Road and Ash Avenue, that will manufacture wooden roof/floor trusses and interior/exterior wall panels. Operations are scheduled for 2026 and 2027.
“From its inception, it has been FrameTec’s mission to provide big solutions to big problems in the building industry,” said Kyle Brock, FrameTec’s CEO. “Given our housing shortages in Arizona and across the United States, the building construction industry has not been able to keep up with demand and continues to fall behind. FrameTec is adding significant capacity and innovation to the building industry while providing homebuilders and general contractors with a ‘one stop shop’ as a turnkey framing provider. The City of Casa Grande understands the need for innovation and responsible growth in our industry and we are thrilled that City officials have been so welcoming to FrameTec. We are eager to give back to this community by providing its residents with good paying jobs while generating a positive economic impact.”
FrameTec’s state-of-the-art facilities employ human-in-the-loop automation to manufacture roof trusses, floor trusses, and exterior and interior wall panels.
“FrameTec’s expansion highlights the rapid manufacturing growth happening in Pinal County and across the state,” noted Sandra Watson, President and CEO of the Arizona Commerce Authority (ACA). “The innovative Casa Grande facility will support housing construction in the state, enhance Arizona’s manufacturing industry, and create hundreds of skilled jobs. We are grateful to FrameTec for its continued investment in Arizona and look forward to supporting the company’s success in Casa Grande and beyond.”
