03/08/2011
"As our clients' marketing needs evolve, increasing the number of opportunities to connect with clients is a key part of our go-forward sales strategy," said Alfred Mockett, Dex One CEO. "The new contact center supports the creation of virtual selling teams, allowing marketing consultants at the local level to be supported by digital platform experts from Overland Park. We will now have the ability to sell digital solutions throughout the year across our markets more quickly and efficiently."
Dex One plans to maintain an existing Overland Park facility that currently employs 150 people. The company expects the new facility to be fully operational by the second quarter of 2011.
