Eden Pharmacy Expands Albuquerque, New Mexico, Operations

05/22/2026
Specialty pharmacy company Eden Pharmacy plans to expand its operations in Albuquerque, New Mexico. The $2.7 million project is expected to create more than 56 jobs.

The investment will include an upgrade of the company’s existing facility into a state-of-the-art compounding pharmacy with advanced automation and specialized infrastructure designed to support patient-specific medications and precision medicine services.

“Delivering on our mission takes a team that cares about the work as much as we do, and Albuquerque has given us that,” said Adam McBride, CEO of Eden Pharmacy. “This expansion lets us develop more of those careers in New Mexico while continuing to serve the patients across the country who count on us.”

To support the project, the State of New Mexico awarded Eden Pharmacy $300,000 in Local Economic Development Act performance-based funding, while the City of Albuquerque is contributing an additional $100,000 LEDA award. The company was also approved for assistance through New Mexico’s Job Training Incentive Program to support training for 31 positions.

“This project carries the economic development momentum that we’re seeing across New Mexico into healthcare,” noted EDNM Cabinet Secretary Rob Black. “By combining automation and high-skilled talent, Eden is creating good-paying jobs and helping Albuquerque grow as a hub for personalized medicine.”

Eden Pharmacy provides specialty pharmacy and compounding services focused on customized medications and patient-specific treatments. The company’s operations include pharmaceutical compounding, automation-supported production, and prescription fulfillment for healthcare providers and patients nationwide.

“Congratulations to the Eden team and our partners,” added Chad Matheson, president and CEO of the Albuquerque Regional Economic Alliance. “This investment is a strong example of the growth we’re building together across Greater Albuquerque, and we look forward to Eden’s continued success in the region.”
