Talalay Global Expands Reidsville, North Carolins, Operations

Mattress manufacturer Talalay Global plans to establish operations in Reidsville, North Carolina. The $27 million project is expected to create 52 jobs in Rockingham County.

The investment will include the lease and upfit of approximately 125,000 square feet of space within Global Textile Properties’ facility on Holiday Loop Road. Production is scheduled to begin in early 2027.

“I am deeply grateful for the support of Governor Stein, the North Carolina Department of Commerce, especially the Rural Infrastructure Authority, Rockingham County, and the City of Reidsville,” said Marc Navarre, CEO of Talalay Global. “This investment represents an exciting next step for Talalay Global as we expand our capabilities, bring the latest technology to our operations, and continue building on our long-standing commitment to quality and innovation.”

To support the project, a Building Reuse Grant has been provided.

Talalay Global is a manufacturer of Talalay latex foam products used in mattresses, pillows, furniture, and healthcare applications. The company’s operations include foam production, product development, and manufacturing for bedding and comfort-product markets.
