TSI Incorporated Completes Expansion At Its Shoreview, Minnesota, Headquarters

TSI Incorporated, the leader of precision measurement instrumentation and environmental monitoring solutions, completed its 58,000-sq.-ft. expansion at its corporate headquarters in Shoreview, Minnesota.

TSI designs and manufactures precision measurement instrumentation from Dust Monitors to Particle Counters and Sizers. This two-story addition includes seven new conference rooms, eight engineering labs and a large meeting space that seats up to 500. As well as 26,000-sq.-ft. of additional manufacturing space. The completion of TSI’s 58,000-sq.-ft. expansion will bring the building’s total square footage to more than 200,000 sq. ft.

“Designed with an open, flexible layout of utilities to aid in lean manufacturing, this space was designed for future growth and the addition of new employees,” said Tom Kennedy, TSI Incorporated President.
