“Gwynnie Bee’s rapid growth has prompted the need for a new fulfillment operation to meet increasing customer demand,” said Robert Escobar, Vice President of Operations at Gwynnie Bee. “The Columbus Region’s strategic location, skilled workforce and proven success in e-commerce were major factors in the site selection process.”
The company plans to hire 70 management and administration positions and approximately 330 general associate positions, according to Columbus Region officials.
“Bringing Gwynnie Bee to Groveport is a win for the entire Columbus Region,” said Jeff Green, Assistant City Administrator of Groveport, Ohio. “We are proud that the city’s commitment to growth has allowed us to develop a strong reputation in e-commerce that continues to attract new and innovative companies. We look forward to continuing that momentum.”
