Rotech Healthcare Locates New Facility In Charlotte, North Carolina

A national leader in providing medical equipment and related products and services for home use, Rotech Healthcare Inc., established a 24,174-square-foot customer support center at 207 Regency Executive Park Drive, Suite 200, creating approximately 200 new jobs in Charlotte, North Carolina.

The Rotech Healthcare Inc. family of companies delivers quality at-home service and patient care consisting of respiratory products and medications, services and supplies, home medical equipment and accessories and sleep disorder treatments.

The company has already started hiring customer support managers, customer support supervisors, patient account specialists and customer support specialists, the Charlotte Chamber said. The new customer service positions will be an essential part of the care-giving team in delivering home medical products, medications and care to patients.
