Fountain Powerboat Industries Adding 411 Jobs in Washington, North Carolina

"We are absolutely thrilled to be moving our manufacturing operation of Donzi and Proline from the state of Florida to Washington, North Carolina," said John E. Walker III, Fountain Powerboats Chief Operating Officer. "All of our dealings with the state of North Carolina and Beaufort County have been outstanding. The skill level at the workplace, along with the state-of-the-art facility at Fountain Powerboats, is a great fit with our world class brands that will be built in Beaufort County."
Fountain Powerboat was established in 1979 and has headquarters on North Carolina's Pamlico River in Beaufort County. The company currently has 75 full-time employees in North Carolina.
