12/14/2022
The investment will include a 57,000-square-foot expansion and will increase production capacity with the use of new industry-leading equipment and increased personnel. Completion is scheduled for late 2023.
“Ohio Laser is proud to be building, innovating and growing in the Columbus Region’s strong manufacturing industry for more than two decades,” said Gregg Simpson, president of Ohio Laser. “This expansion not only improves our ability to serve major national contracts, but it also allows us to continue our commitment to employees, cutting-edge technology and customer service.”
Ohio Laser is a leading provider of laser cutting and value-added welding services for manufacturers serving all business sectors. Since 1997, the ISO 9001:2015-certified metal fabrication solutions provider has become an industry leader nationally with capabilities outside of flat and tube laser cutting such as bending, machining, robotic and manual welding, and surface finishing.
“Focusing on customer service and advancing innovation with Ohio’s world-class talent has been essential to Ohio Laser’s success,” noted J.P. Nauseef, JobsOhio president and CEO. “Ohio Laser has been thriving in the Columbus Region since its founding more than two decades ago, which has had a strong positive impact on U.S. industry as well as job creation here in Ohio.”
