Online Marketplace Company to Create Up to 90 Jobs in Milwaukee, WI

Okanjo Partners of Milwaukee, Wisconsin, has projected it will create up to 90 full-time jobs in that city over the next three years, according to an announcement by Gov. Scott Walker's office.

Founded in 2011, the company operates the Okanjo online marketplace (www.okanjo.com) that allows sellers and buyers of merchandise to easily and securely interact in cyberspace.

Recently the company became certified as a qualified new business venture by the Wisconsin Economic Development Corp. That certification makes Okanjo's investors eligible for a 25 percent tax credit on the amount they invest in the business.
