ACCENT Marketing Services Creating 215 Jobs in Indiana
02/04/2011
"ACCENT was presented with a unique opportunity to build a new, state-of-the-art customer engagement center, which would accommodate future client growth and expansion while also providing an employee-friendly workplace to attract and retain the best talent," said Linda Ruffenach, ACCENT's president of engagement management. "With four locations, including our corporate headquarters, and more than 750 people already employed in Indiana, the state along with the cities of New Albany and Jeffersonville as well as One Southern Indiana have once again partnered with ACCENT to ensure we have the resources we need to continue growing while putting our mark on this community as a symbol of excellence and success."
The Indiana Economic Development Corporation has offered ACCENT Marketing Services up to $1.325 million in performance-based tax credits and up to $100,000 in training grants for both projects. The city of Jeffersonville will consider additional property tax abatement and the town of Clarksville will consider assistance at the request of One Southern Indiana.
ACCENT provides customer engagement solutions across phone, online, and social media channels. It serves Fortune 1000 clients in the telecommunications, cable, manufacturing, retail, and insurance industries. It has 11 locations in the United States, Jamaica, and the Philippines.
