Faith Technologies Plans Pittsboro, Indiana, Manufacturing Operations

04/21/2026
Engineering and manufacturing company Faith Technologies Incorporated (FTI) plans to establish operations in Pittsboro, Indiana. The $67.5 million project is expected to create up to 200 jobs in Hendricks County.

The investment will include the construction of a 500,000-square-foot manufacturing facility, located on 47 acres at the Pittsboro Commerce Park, that will produce modular electrical assemblies and energy solutions to support hyperscale data centers and other mission-critical projects.

“We’re excited to begin this new chapter for our team as a part of the Pittsboro community,” said Patrick McGettigan, Executive Vice President of FTI. “As we grow, we remain focused on supporting our team members and creating a workplace where people feel valued, respected, and supported.”

To support the project, the Indiana Economic Development Corporation committed up to $3 million in performance-based tax credits tied to job creation and investment. Hendricks County is also considering additional local incentives.

“FTI’s investment in Pittsboro is a testament to Indiana’s strength in advanced manufacturing,” noted Governor Mike Braun. “This project will create new jobs and provide opportunities to further develop our workforce for high-demand careers.”

Faith Technologies Incorporated provides engineering, construction, manufacturing, and clean energy solutions, supporting large-scale infrastructure and energy projects.
