07/05/2026
Beverage contract manufacturer Prime Beverage Group plans to establish operations in Fairland, Indiana. The project is expected to create approximately 180 jobs in Shelby County.

The company’s new 915,720-square-foot facility, located within the Velocity 74 Trade Center, will feature advanced mixing, filling, and packaging technologies designed for premium alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.

“This expansion marks an exciting next chapter for Prime Beverage Group as we continue to support our brand partners and welcome new brands in the beverage industry as we work together to meet increased consumer demand for innovative, high-quality beverages,” said Shannon Fowler, Business Commercialization Manager of Prime Beverage Group.

Prime Beverage Group is a beverage contract manufacturer and co-packer specializing in premium alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. The company provides formulation, blending, filling, packaging, and warehousing services for beverage brands.

“Prime Beverage Group’s decision to expand into Shelby County reflects the kind of investment our community is well-positioned to support,” noted Brian Asher, Executive Director of the Shelby County Development Corporation. “With direct access to I-74, proximity to Indianapolis and major consumer markets, available industrial sites, and a workforce known for hard work and quality workmanship, Shelby County offers companies the connectivity, capacity, and partnership they need to grow.”
