First Call Resolution Adding 250 Jobs at Coos Bay, Oregon, Call Center
03/29/2011
"After much due diligence throughout the state, we believe we have chosen wisely in deciding to open our third contact center in Coos Bay," said Matthew Achak, EVP and managing partner. "We have acquired a site and are in the process of renovating it. As of right now, however, we do not have a definitive date when it will be operational, but we do plan on having it open for business in 2011."
The call center will create 250 jobs when fully operational.
"There are many benefits of First Call expanding into Coos Bay, beginning with proximity to both the Roseburg as well as Grants Pass sites. Quality of local labor, strong telecom infrastructure, as well as forward-thinking business leaders, were important factors in this decision as well," said John Stadter, president and managing partner of First Call Resolution.
