Hermetic Solutions Group Expands With Chartley, Massachusetts, Manufacturing Division

A global supplier of hermetic packaging, components and services, Hermetic Solutions Group reported it has expanded with the acquisition of Sinclair Manufacturing, an industry leader of glass-to-metal seal components for the microelectronic packaging industry, in Chartley, Massachusetts.

Dave LeMieux, President of Sinclair Manufacturing said, “becoming part of the Hermetic Solutions Group will provide resources and new expertise that enhances our abilities and allows us to offer even more to our customers. There are tremendous synergies between Sinclair and all of the other companies under the Hermetic Solution Group. Everyone at Sinclair is excited about our future.
