Modine Manufacturing Plans Franklin, Wisconsin, Production Operations

The company will lease 153,000 square feet at 3303 West Oakwood Road. Operations are scheduled to begin in 2025.
“We have an established history of a wide range of manufacturing businesses that call the city of Franklin home, and securing this partnership with Modine confirms we are attracting the best these industries have to offer,” said Franklin Mayor John Nelson. “This is a great win for our city and the job opportunities it will bring to the community.”
To support the project the City of Franklin offered $1.6 million in tax increment financing.
Modine Manufacturing Company provides the commercial, industrial and vehicular markets with systems and solutions to manage heating and cooling and improve air quality.
