Located at 1041 Red Ventures Drive in Indian Land, SynTech Design’s new operations bring the division closer to Synergy Steel’s manufacturing facility in Lancaster and enhance the division's access to the region's engineering talent pool. The facility is expected to be completed by November.
“Synergy Steel is committed to the quality of life of our employees. Relocating SynTech Design to Lancaster County enhances that balance of home life and work that our employees deserve. Synergy Steel is committed to being a leading employer in Lancaster County by providing a culture where everyone is valued and appreciated. We thoroughly enjoy our relationship with the Lancaster County Department of Economic Development and South Carolina Department of Commerce. Their continued dedication to our success is very much appreciated,” said Synergy Steel Principal Brian Iagnemma.
“Synergy Steel, the Lancaster County Department of Economic Development and S.C. Department of Commerce have enjoyed a tremendous partnership over the last several years, and it played a major role in the company’s decision to bring SynTech Design to Indian Land. The operation’s skilled technical jobs are indicative of the diverse business landscape that companies find in Lancaster County,” Lancaster County Economic Development Director Jamie Gilbert explained.
“SynTech Design’s decision to invest in Lancaster County is another indication that our state’s business-friendly climate provides the perfect foundation for organizations of all types to be successful. I look forward to their growth and wish them continued success here,” Secretary of Commerce Bobby Hitt said.
