Two Firms Plan Expansion Projects In Dublin, Ohio

Management and Network Services, a healthcare management company, specializing in coordination of short term rehabilitation services, plans to expand its existing operation in Dublin.
According to city officials, MNS projects significant growth during the next several years with plans to create an additional 164 jobs by 2020. They are seeking relocation to new space that will accommodate the expanded workforce of healthcare and health insurance expert professionals.
During a Dec. 9 meeting, City Council will vote on a proposed Economic Development Agreement that includes a one-time $40,000 relocation grant for committing to at least 28,000 square feet in the City of Dublin. The incentive is also contingent upon a seven-year lease.
In another expansion project, Oxford Consulting Group, Inc., an IT services company specializing in B2B integration and remote HelpDesk services, also plans to consolidate and expand its central Ohio operations center.
According to Dublin city officials, Oxford Consulting currently has offices in Westerville and Columbus. Neither existing location can accommodate the expansion and consolidation into one facility. Oxford will relocate 40 employees and create 50 additional jobs by 2018.
On Dec. 9 City Council will also on the Oxford Economic Development Agreement that includes a $20,000 relocation grant and a three-year performance incentive of 25% on new jobs, both of which are tied to a five-year lease. The Agreement also includes two bonus payments for 2018 and 2019 if target withholdings are met, and if the lease is extended by December 31, 2017 for a minimum of five years. Total value of agreement is $60,500.
“These projects create jobs in business sectors that City leadership has identified as having the best growth potential for Dublin, said Economic Development Administrator Michael Clarey. “It’s exciting to see those trends continue to be confirmed.”
