Coastal Ready Mix Plans Conway, South Carolina, Production Operations

Concrete manufacturer Coastal Ready Mix plans to establish production operations in Conway, South Carolina. The $4.6 million project is expected to create 19 jobs.

The company’s new ready-mix concrete facility, located on Mount Pisgah Cemetery Road, will allow the company to serve local contractors and larger, multi-market customers. Operations are scheduled to begin in 2026.

Expanding into this community is a blessing, and we look forward to earning the trust of the contractors and customers we serve,” said Coastal Ready Mix CEO Scott Askins.

We congratulate the company and Horry County on this announcement and look forward to supporting Coastal Ready Mix’s growth for many years to come,” noted Secretary of Commerce Harry M. Lightsey III.

Coastal Ready Mix is a supplier of concrete and cement products, known for special mixes like colored/stamped concrete, fibers, and sealers, catering to contractors.
