04/19/2026
The investment will include the expansion of the company’s Fenton office and the addition of a new facility in Springfield to support growth in civil engineering, infrastructure design, and consulting services.
“Expanding our Fenton office and opening our new Springfield location reinforces TREKK’s long-term commitment to the communities we serve across Missouri,” said Kimberly Robinett, CEO and Managing Partner of TREKK Design Group. “This growth strengthens our ability to deliver reliable infrastructure solutions while investing in local talent.”
To support the project, TREKK Design Group will benefit from the Missouri Works program, which provides access to capital through tax credits tied to job creation and investment.
“At DED, everything we do centers around helping Missourians prosper,” noted Michelle Hataway, Director of the Missouri Department of Economic Development. “This expansion reflects confidence in our business climate and creates new opportunities for workers and communities across the state.”
TREKK Design Group provides engineering design and consulting services to municipalities, public agencies, and private developers, supporting infrastructure projects across the Midwest.
“We’re excited to see TREKK Design Group expand in Springfield,” added Matt Morrow, President of the Springfield Area Chamber of Commerce. “This investment highlights the strength of our workforce and reinforces Springfield’s position as a place where innovative companies can grow.”
