Canada-Based Celestica Plans Fort Worth, Texas, Manufacturing Operations

05/17/2026
Canada-based electronics manufacturing and supply chain company Celestica Inc. plans to establish operations in Fort Worth, Texas. The $876 million project is expected to create approximately 1,700 jobs.

The investment includes the construction of a new facility located in AllianceTexas which will feature more than one million square feet of advanced manufacturing and engineering space, supporting growing global demand for next-generation data center infrastructure.

“This investment reflects the incredible momentum of our business and the growing demand from customers for U.S.-based capabilities supporting advanced technology solutions,” said Yann Etienvre, Chief Operations Officer of Celestica. “This new capacity is highly strategic and aligns our long-term growth plans with customer roadmaps and multi-year infrastructure investments already underway.”

To support the project, Fort Worth approved an 80% abatement on incremental real and business personal property taxes for 10 years. City officials estimate the value of the incentive package at approximately $41.7 million.

“Celestica's decision to establish operations at AllianceTexas is a tremendous win for Fort Worth and a powerful signal that our city is a destination for world-class tech manufacturing,” noted Robert Allen, President and CEO of the Fort Worth Economic Development Partnership. “A significant capital investment and approximately 1,700 new jobs don’t happen by accident. They happen because Fort Worth has built a business climate where global companies see opportunity and choose to invest.”

Celestica provides design, production, and lifecycle services for technology and industrial customers, supporting sectors including aerospace, communications, enterprise technology, and industrial equipment. The company’s operations include electronics assembly, hardware engineering, supply chain management, and product testing.
