Willoughby Industries Plans Zionsville, Indiana, Headquarters-Manufacturing Operations

08/14/2026
Commercial plumbing fixture manufacturer Willoughby Industries plans to establish operations in Zionsville, Indiana. The $10 million project is expected to create more than 100 jobs in Boone County.

The investment will include the purchase of a 105,000-square-foot facility, located at 6100 W. 96th Street, consolidating corporate and manufacturing functions.

“Willoughby is proud to be able to call Boone County home for our new HQ and manufacturing expansion,” said Will Alderson, CEO of Willoughby Industries. “Both the folks at Zionsville and Boone County have been very supportive about the process and we look forward to adding more jobs in the area.”

Willoughby Industries manufactures stainless steel and solid-surface plumbing fixtures and accessories for healthcare and behavioral healthcare facilities, educational institutions, recreation centers, correctional facilities and commercial buildings.

“Willoughby Industries’ decision to invest in Boone County reflects the competitive advantages our community offers to growing manufacturers,” noted Boone County Economic Development Corporation CEO Andrea Kern. “This project retains Indiana manufacturing, creates high-quality jobs, and brings together corporate leadership and advanced production in one location.”
