Swedish-Based PolyFlex Products Plans McMinnville, Tennessee, Manufacturing Operations

09/27/2025
PolyFlex Products, a manufacturer of sustainable industrial packaging, plans to establish operations in McMinnville, Tennessee. The $8.3 million project is expected to create 58 jobs in Warren County.

The company’s new 137,000-square-foot facility will enhance its thermoforming and extrusion capabilities and act as a recycling hub for its products.

“Our new manufacturing facility in McMinnville is a proud milestone for Nefab Group and PolyFlex, and a testament to the innovative spirit driving our industry forward. We are not only investing in the economic growth of Warren County but also enhancing our technological capabilities in advanced thermoforming and sustainable plastics for the road ahead,” advised Darrell Tiedeman, VP of Plastic Solutions America of the Nefab Group, which acquired the company in 2023.

PolyFlex, a subsidiary of Swedish-based Nefab Group, provides reusable packaging and material handling solutions for industrial applications. The company specializes in highly engineered returnable and plastic solutions.

“Tennessee’s reputation as a global business destination is built on the strength of our local communities and the dedication of our workforce. PolyFlex and Nefab Group could have chosen any of its locations to expand, and we know they are continuing to invest in Warren County because of the sound leadership and community found here. Thank you and congratulations to all those who helped bring this project to fruition,” noted TNECD Commissioner Stuart C. McWhorter.

“TVA and McMinnville Electric System congratulate PolyFlex on its decision to expand operations in Warren County. It’s always an exciting day when we can celebrate a company’s continued commitment to growth in the region. We are proud to partner with the Industrial Development Board of McMinnville-Warren County and the Tennessee Department of Economic and Community Development to support companies like PolyFlex, and we celebrate this announcement together,” added John Bradley, TVA senior vice president of economic development.
