Yanfeng Automotive Interiors Plans Belvidere, Illinois, Manufacturing Plant

According to company officials, the plant will supply interior cockpit components to the Jeep Cherokee, which will be built at the FCA US Belvidere assembly plant. The new plant, opening in 2017, is expected to bring $28.1 million of new capital investment and lead to the creation of 400 new jobs.

"The opening of this facility further demonstrates our commitment to supporting our customers."

"Yanfeng's new investment confirms that by choosing Illinois to grow its local supply chain and create 400 new jobs.
