Vivial Expands Operations-Headquarters In Dayton, Ohio

According to company officials, Vivial is acquiring additional space at its current location at 3100 Research Blvd. and will be hiring over 60 full and part-time positions over the next few months.
"The demand for our services from small and medium sized businesses continues to grow as does our commitment to the Dayton community," said Jim Continenza, Chairman & CEO of Vivial. "This new outbound call center will give us additional opportunities to offer the products that our SMB customers need most including packages that provide mobile responsive websites, listings on Google and the ability to manage online reviews."
Vivial's mission is to help our customers grow their business, whether that is with our easy-to-use and affordable local online marketing technology or a custom marketing campaign that we create, implement and monitor…To address the growing demand from SMBs to find new and smarter ways to manage their online presence, Vivial will sell its SaaS Platform at the new outbound call center, officials said.
With an entry-level package developed specifically for the new Call Center, the SaaS Platform helps businesses optimize their marketing efforts through local search engine optimization, directory listings and targeted content and social media, a spokesperson said.
