Aggreko Relocates to Expanded Miami Service Center
04/21/2010
"Miami, a city known for its international appeal, was a perfect fit for Aggreko," said Southeast area sales manager Tim Heath. "As a diverse company that does business all around the world, Aggreko is an organization with a real local interest."
The company plans to use the expanded center to better service the area's leading industries. It is known for providing power for some of the world's most high-profile special events, including the 2008 Beijing Olympics, 2010 Vancouver Olympics, and 2009 Presidential Inauguration.
Aggreko has maintained a South Florida service center since 2006. Besides its Miami location, it also has service centers in Jacksonville and Tampa, and has 50 additional centers around the country. The company employs 3,500 people in 144 international locations.
