Niagara Bottling Plans Perth, New York, Production-Warehouse Operations

04/26/2026
Beverage manufacturer Niagara Bottling plans to establish operations in Perth, New York. The $160 million project is expected to create up to 70 jobs in Fulton County.

The investment will include the construction of a 362,000-square-foot manufacturing and warehousing facility on a 50-acre site at Tryon Technology Park. Operations are scheduled to begin in early 2027.

“Niagara Bottling is honored to become part of the Town of Perth community,” said Brian Hess, Executive Vice President of Niagara Bottling. “Fulton County’s location, infrastructure, and workforce make it an ideal place for our new facility, and we look forward to contributing to the region’s growth.”

To support the project, Empire State Development is providing up to $1.5 million in performance-based Excelsior Jobs Tax Credits tied to job creation. The project is also supported by a $9 million FAST NY grant and a $15.3 million POWER UP grant to fund critical infrastructure improvements at Tryon Technology Park, including water, wastewater, and electric system upgrades.

“Through initiatives like FAST NY and POWER UP, we are ensuring communities have the infrastructure needed to attract high-value industries,” noted Hope Knight, President, CEO and Commissioner of Empire State Development. “Projects like this demonstrate the impact of strategic investment in New York’s economic growth.”

Niagara Bottling specializes in private label production, bottling, packaging, and distribution for major retailers and beverage brands.

“We are grateful for the continued support that is driving sustainable economic growth in Fulton County,” added Ronald M. Peters, President and CEO of the Fulton County Center for Regional Growth. “This investment is another example of successful collaboration bringing new opportunities to the region.”
