LDProducts.com Opens Mountville, Pennsylvania, Fulfillment Center

A leading e-commerce provider of ink cartridges, toner and office supplies, LDProducts.com opened its second fulfillment center in Mountville, Pennsylvania. This new location complements the company's main warehouse facility in Long Beach, California.

According to company officials, with other carrier optimizations, 75 percent of LD Products' customers will now receive their packages within two days of ordering – 40 percent, overnight.

"Today's retail customers expect fast shipping as a basic tenet of customer service," said Aaron Leon, CEO. "Our West Coast customers are always pleasantly surprised when their package arrives sooner than expected. This expansion to the East Coast is our way of proactively delighting our customers and exceeding their expectations."

In a space as competitive as printer ink and office supplies, stagnancy is not an option, company officials added.
