07/30/2019
The company produces the water-soluble and biodegradable polymer films that are used by consumer packaged goods companies for popular products like dissolvable packets of laundry and dishwasher detergent, protein supplements and personal care products.
In early 2018, MonoSol broke ground on a $72 million, 150,000-square-foot facility in the Duke Realty Lebanon Business Park.
Production at the Lebanon facility is scheduled to begin this fall. It is the company’s fourth manufacturing plant in Indiana and sixth globally.
“To keep pace with the continued growth of our business and strong demand for our water-soluble film technology, we are excited to expand our manufacturing footprint into central Indiana,” said P. Scott Bening, President & CEO, MonoSol.
