Convergys Adding 60 Workers at Lake Mary, Florida Contact Center

Convergys, a provider of outsourced customer care and billing services, is adding 60 full-time employees to its Lake Mary, Florida, contact center, the Orlando Business Journal reports. The new workers will support one of the company's technology clients.

"We are pleased that continued growth at our contact center continues to provide employment opportunities for Seminole County area residents," said Michele Griffin, Convergys site leader.

The company is seeking employees with strong computer and Internet skills, especially knowledge of Mac OS X and Windows, customer service experience, and computer troubleshooting and typing skills.
