Arc Solutions Expands Hicksville, Ohio, Operations

Welding services and machine maintenance company Arc Solutions plans to expand its operations in Hicksville, Ohio. The more than $6 million project is expected to create 65 jobs in Defiance County.

The investment will include the construction of two 30,000-square-foot buildings.

“Northwest Ohio provides an enormous advantage as a very economical place to do business, which makes Defiance County the most compelling location for our expansion,” said Arc Solutions President Denny Vetter. “Add to that, this facility features a world-class workforce - second to none - that is committed to our company’s success.”

To support the project, the Ohio Tax Credit Authority approved a 1.314 percent, seven-year Job Creation Tax Credit.

Arc Solutions, a division of FabX, provides welding products and services, cutting equipment, automation solutions, machine repair and related equipment and consumables for customers in industries including automotive and advanced manufacturing.
