International Clean Tech Company to Consolidate Corporate Operations in NJ & Add Over 80 Jobs
09/15/2011
Fluitec develops and sells products that significantly increase turbine efficiency, and reduce operations and maintenance costs through increased reliability and availability. The firm operates offices in the U.S., Belgium and China, and has sales in 36 nations. Recently it was voted "top company" at Cleantech Forums held in Paris and New York.
To support the project, NJ's Economic Development Authority (EDA) approved a Business Employment Incentive Program grant worth about $927,600 over 10 years tied to the creation of 30 high-paying jobs within the next two years.
CEO Frank Magnotti said he hopes Fluitec will eventually be counted as one of the state's many Fortune 500 companies. He cited New Jersey's talented workforce, diverse population, excellent transportation network and supportive state partners as key factors behind decision to select this state over competing sites in Belgium and Florida.
