Hanni Family Plans West Bend, Wisconsin, Headquarters Operations

Food innovation company Dervati plans to establish operations in West Bend, Wisconsin. The project is expected to create at least 300 jobs.

The company will construct a new 264,000-square-foot corporate headquarters, located in the West Bend Manufacturing Center, that will serve as its primary hub for production, logistics, and research and development. Operations are scheduled to begin in June 2027.

“Today is a special day for our family and everyone who has been part of this journey,” said Joe Hanni, CEO of Dervati, PS Seasoning and Pro Smoker. “Over the past 50 years, we've evolved from a seasoning and smoker company into a true food innovation partner, driven by the trust of our customers and the dedication of our team. This new headquarters is an investment in both.”

Dervati is a food manufacturing company and the parent organization of PS Seasoning and Pro Smoker. The company’s operations include seasoning production, food ingredient manufacturing, commercial food processing equipment, research and development, and customer innovation services.
