The new 380,800-square-foot facility, located at the Savannah Gateway Industrial Hub, is designed as a central hub for equipment processing, providing a wide range of services, including inspection, repair, technical assembly, and both indoor and outdoor storage.
"Our customers and employees are at the core of everything we do," says Sam Aertssen, Director of Aertssen Logistics. "While we've had a strong start in the USA, it's crucial to sustain this growth responsibly. I am incredibly grateful for the journey we've undertaken so far and look forward to what lies ahead."
Aertssen Logistics, a division of the Belgian Aertssen Group NV, provides services in the transportation, handling, final assembly, and management of construction, agriculture, and aerial lift equipment to North America.
“The establishment of Aertssen Logistics USA in Effingham County is a significant milestone for our industrial community,” noted Brandt Herndon, CEO of the Effingham County Industrial Development Authority. “This facility is not just about logistics; it’s about precision, quality, and innovation in equipment processing. We are proud to welcome Aertssen to our community and excited about the opportunities this brings for skilled labor and economic growth.”
