A wholly-owned entity of India-based Woodfield Systems International, Woodfield Systems USA is expected to create 50 new jobs in Richland County. The company’s Richland County operations will produce loading arms, metering and process skids to support the loading and unloading of bulk tanker trucks and rail cars in the refined fuel, industrial and chemical and industrial HVAC markets.
“Woodfield Systems International in India has had tremendous growth in recent years in many international markets, driven by a passion to help our customers achieve their goals. This is a very exciting time for our company, and we look forward to engaging with many new long-term team members,” said Woodfield Systems USA, Inc. President Simon Hill.
“South Carolina continues to attract industry from all corners of the globe, and that’s a testament to the pro-business strategy we’ve implemented across this state. I congratulate Woodfield Systems on today’s announcement and look forward to watching the impact this innovative company will have here in the Midlands,” Governor Henry McMaster said.
“Team South Carolina is proud to have a strong economic partnership with India, and this investment by Woodfield Systems is the latest example of that.
