Josh Bays, Senior Partner, Site Selection Group, LLC

Josh Bays is a senior partner and leads Site Selection Group’s industrial and economic development engagements. Throughout his career, Bays has developed various cutting-edge analytical platforms that have enabled clients to optimize their location decisions. In addition, he is a critical part of the company's management team and helps provide and implement strategic direction for Site Selection Group. Bays previously worked at Trammell Crow Company in the company’s Corporate Site Selection Group where he managed the company’s GIS databases and researched critical location variables, including economic incentive and real estate conditions for corporate operations. Bays has completed more than 500 projects for global clients, including Adidas, Amazon.com, Bimbo Bakeries, Boeing, Harley-Davidson, Papa John’s, and Ryder. Bays received his bachelor’s degree and his MBA from the University of Texas.
