Hoffmann Brothers Expands Maryland Heights, Missouri, Production Operations

Hoffmann Brothers, a full-service residential and commercial provider of heating and air conditioning, plans to expand operations in Maryland Heights, Missouri. The $6 million project is expected to create 300 jobs.

The investment includes an additional 20,000 square feet and the construction of a new shared services space.

“I am grateful for the opportunity to partner with the Missouri Department of Economic Development to create more high-paying jobs in Missouri and bring this project to life,” said Chris Hoffmann, Hoffmann Brothers CEO. “The team at the DED was great to work with, and our company is energized as we head into this next phase of growth.”

Hoffmann Brothers will benefit from the Missouri Works program, a tool that helps companies expand and retain workers by providing access to capital through withholdings or tax credits for job creation.

“Hoffmann Brothers is a shining example of an employer benefitting its community and helping Missourians prosper,” noted Michelle Hataway, Acting Director of the Department of Economic Development. “This expansion is adding hundreds of good-paying jobs while serving as further proof of our state’s status as an ideal business location. Hoffmann Brothers operates across three divisions: Heating, Air Conditioning, Ventilation (HVAC), Electrical, Plumbing, and Appliance. The company’s customers include individual home-owners, distribution centers, retail shopping centers, industrial manufacturing facilities, and large office complexes.
