The property is located ½ mile south of Exit 2B of I-287, 3 miles from Exit 10 of the New Jersey Turnpike, and 20 miles from the Port of Elizabeth/Newark. When completed in early 2017, the cross docked warehouse will feature 40' clear ceiling heights, ESFR sprinkler systems, 122 dock-high loading doors (expandable to 171), 371 trailer parking positions and parking for 356 automobiles. The Building is registered under the LEED green building program.
