The company will manufacture transmitters and create an innovation center for broadcast at a 9,000 sq. ft. space located at 7891 Industrial Drive.

“We are excited to be part of the manufacturing and innovation fabric for broadcast and other auxiliary sectors. We are building a solid base in West Palm Beach and will be part of the community and expand to offer products and services made in America. We will create jobs and innovate to be the broadcast leader. With the first step of manufacturing in West Palm Beach, we are here to stay, expand and be a part of the community,” said Aby Alexander, President of Thomson Broadcast America’s.

Thomson Broadcast will manufacture technology that plays a key role in sectors such as remote learning, telemedicine, and broadcasting with the new television standards called the Nextgen TV standards.

“Thomson Broadcast is going to be a great partner in the community and has already formed partnerships to hire local Palm Beach County students. The company has already announced plans to expand in the future and the Business Development Board would like to thank the City of West Palm Beach for becoming the new home of this technology innovator,” said Kelly Smallridge, President and CEO, Business Development Board of Palm Beach County.
