BuildEx Modular Plans Fayetteville, Tennessee, Manufacturing-Distribution Operations

Modular house manufacturer BuildEx Modular-Tennessee, doing business as MODMAX, plans to establish operations in Fayetteville, Tennessee. The $23.3 million project is expected to create 110 jobs in Lincoln County.

The investment will include the acquisition and retrofit of an existing modular manufacturing facility which will serve large developers and commercial clients across the Southern Middle Tennessee region.

BuildEx Modular, specifically BuildEx Modular-Tennessee, is a company focused on modular housing, producing units like duplexes, fourplexes, and small multifamily homes.
